St James Woodside is an Anglican church located in Horsforth, NW Leeds and is part of the Ripon and Leeds dioceses.
We are a friendly and lively church, led by Reverend Richard Dimery, that supports modern and traditional styles of worship which will be accompanied by either the Organist and Choir or the Church Music Group. Visitors and new members will be made welcome and find the atmosphere informal and friendly.
The congregation spans all age groups but is particularly popular with young families. A creche is provided at family services and children of school age have activities provided for them by church members. The church takes youth development very seriously and supports the Pulse Youth Group which meet in the Parish Centre one evening per week.
The Church's Parish Centre is modern and well equipped, it hosts many activities during the week including Carers and Toddlers, Aerobics Class and the Pulse Youth Group. It is available for private hire and is in frequent demand; please contact Church Office for more details.
The church office is open from Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 4pm with a break for lunch, phone 0113 258 4558 or email anne@stjameswoodside.org
